Welcome to Onzly. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the eSIM services provided by Onzly, a brand of Nixblizz SL.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

3. Service Description

Onzly provides international mobile data plans via eSIM (virtual SIM) technology. Our services allow users with compatible devices to access data networks in multiple countries without the need for a physical SIM card.

4. Registration and Account

To use certain services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payments and Refunds

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes according to Andorran law.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we offer refunds if the eSIM does not work due to a technical fault on our part and we cannot resolve it. We do not offer refunds for incompatible devices if compatibility was not verified before purchase, or for plans purchased by mistake and already activated/installed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes or purposes prohibited by these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your service if we detect fraudulent or abusive use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nixblizz SL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits or revenue.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Network quality and availability depend on our local partners in each destination country.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andorra.
